What is HYROX?
HYROX is the ultimate fitness race combining functional strength, endurance, and mental grit. Each event follows the same format: a 1km run followed by a functional workout station, repeated 8 times. It’s fast, strategic, and unlike anything else in the fitness world.
From beginners wanting a new challenge, to seasoned athletes chasing competitive goals, HYROX is accessible, addictive, and always rewarding.

Our HYROX classes are designed for all abilities, whether you want to experience the event for the first time or if you’re a seasoned competitor looking to improve your time. Airborne Fit’s carefully programmed HYROX classes will prepare you for every stage of the race from pacing your runs to mastering functional movements.
Intro To HYROX

Thinking about taking on a HYROX one day? Our Intro to HYROX class is the ideal starting point, teaching you the key movements, building your running base, and easing you into the intensity at your own pace.
HYROX
Friday 18:15 & Sunday 08:00
Join us every Friday evening and Sunday morning for dedicated HYROX training sessions designed to boost your performance in this fast-growing fitness sport. Each class mimics real race conditions, combining running intervals with key HYROX stations. You’ll build race-specific strength, endurance, and confidence to take on the real thing.
HYROX Simulations
Once a month, we run a full HYROX simulation, a complete race replica inside the gym. It’s the perfect way to test your fitness, strategy, and mental game in a true race-day setting, giving you the perfect preparation ahead of race day. Our HYROX simulations are open to all members and non-members who want to test themselves ahead of their next event.

Our amazing HYROX coach, Kat Parnell, is here to guide you through every step of your HYROX journey from your first class to race day. Kat leads the team by example and practices what she preaches on race day with three podiums in Pro Solo HYROX events, including two first place finishes – securing her place at the 2025 World Championships!
