Weekly Run Club in Ipswich

Our Run Club meets weekly and is ideal for building consistency, discipline and finding accountability through social, supportive running. Each week we meet in Ipswich and the surrounding areas with sessions varying from 5–10 km and split into different pace groups, so no one feels alone.

Each session is designed to be inclusive for all abilities meaning you can run at the pace that feels right for you that day; your pace with no pressure. Whether you’re aiming for your first 5K, training for your next marathon, or simply want to have a social run with others outside the gym, this is the perfect way to move with our community.

Taking place everything Thursday at 19:00, led by our very own Luke Read, these guided sessions provide our members with top tips, structure, and weekly progress to build running strength and confidence.

Monthly Track Sessions

Once a month, we take training to the next level with a structured track session held at Northgate Athletics Track in Ipswich, focused on intervals, speed, and learning the art of pacing.

Just like our other Run Club sessions, these track mornings are open to all. The combination of a coach-led environment and being surrounded by other like-minded runners means you’ll feel motivated and safe to push your own comfort zones to find out what you’re truly capable of.
